    As an engineering manager, your responsibilities extend to the overall performance of an engineering department or multiple teams. You set the technical vision and direction of the organization and ensure that your engineering teams are aligned with business goals. You make high-level decisions about resource allocation, project prioritization, and personnel management and play a key role in developing and implementing processes and procedures for the engineering organization.
