Team Lead

As a team lead, your role is to lead a small team of engineers. You serve as the primary point of contact between your team and other departments and play a key role in managing your team members' workloads, setting priorities, and ensuring your team meets project deadlines. With strong technical skills, your focus is on managing your team and making sure they work effectively and efficiently.

Engineering Manager

As an engineering manager, your responsibilities extend to the overall performance of an engineering department or multiple teams. You set the technical vision and direction of the organization and ensure that your engineering teams are aligned with business goals. You make high-level decisions about resource allocation, project prioritization, and personnel management and play a key role in developing and implementing processes and procedures for the engineering organization.
